After two nights in Doctor’s Medical Center, it will be great to sleep in my own bed tonight. Will get some much needed heat (boiler was broken at hospital) and more sleep. Sort of caught up on sleep. Got to spend Friday night in ER because there were no available beds, so they admitted me to ER.
Thought at first that it might be my heart acting up, but all the tests of enzymes came back negative, so now they have some more searching/tests to complete. At first, the blood work for enzymes was a breeze (had an IV they could draw blood through). But then, they called in a “blood drainer” (you know, like the people in the labs where you get your lab tests done.
OUCH! She could not find a vein, and finally changed arms (here comes the bruise). If I was a little rubber floating thing for your swimming safety, you would sink! Not looking forward to the next lab tech who wants to draw some blood.
One great thing was when I got wheeled down for an Echo Cardigram, the guy who came to get me turned out to be someone who attends Bay Hills. We did not know one another before this, but now Giovanni and I will watch for one another. Awesome how God puts us in places to share with one another.
Thanks for all those prayers.
