Not bad enough that last month found me learning how to read and write PHP so that I could get the new blog working (still studying). Tied closely to PHP were some things called "Style Sheets" that I had been avoiding. However, that is the way web pages are going – write a style sheet and you can use it on multiple pages, without having to rewrite the html.

Have not figured out how to get all that in "kompozer", WordPro, DreamWeaver or Word document yet, but that will most certainly come.

What set me to looking at learning something else over the Christmas break was an article in <a href=http://www.linuxpromagazine.com/">Linux Pro Magazine where the cover story was about "Web Tricks". One of the articles was titled "STYLE TRICKS", and it was a starter on CSS. That particular article is not available yet (bummer), but there was an older article HERE as a PDF that was a good starting point.

So naturally, I started with the exercise in mind stretching and before you know it, I was looking for more info. Found a link at the W3C on CSS, and if you are interested you can check out "CSS tutorial starting with HTML + CSS" at W3C.

Yep, working on learning something else.
