Attempts to open or create a new document in Symphony would give an error&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;internal error has occurred: GetStorage, name &#8216;No Content!'&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Mindwatering.com for having the answer.<\/p>\n<p><em>The file <strong>common.xcu<\/strong> OpenOffice\/Symphony file has corrupted because of a crash while Symphony was running. If you have a backup, restore it. <\/em><em>Otherwise, you can delete the folder: <\/em><em>..\\install program directory\\data\\workspace\\.sodc<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> When you delete this folder, Symphony will automatically create new preferences from default. (Yes, you will lose any customizations.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Found my file at: DIRECTORY_WHERE_INSTALLED\\IBM\\Lotus\\Symphony\\data\\.sodc<\/p>\n<p>\\user\\registry\\data\\org\\openoffice\\Office<\/p>\n<p>Renamed the file NOT the folder (just in case that was NOT the right one file) and then restarted Symphony. Once open, was able to create a new document and perform other functions.
