If you have a backup, restore it. <\/em>Otherwise, you can delete the folder: <\/em>..\\install program directory\\data\\workspace\\.sodc<\/em><\/p>\n When you delete this folder, Symphony will automatically create new preferences from default. (Yes, you will lose any customizations.)<\/em><\/p>\n Found my file at: DIRECTORY_WHERE_INSTALLED\\IBM\\Lotus\\Symphony\\data\\.sodc<\/p>\n \\user\\registry\\data\\org\\openoffice\\Office<\/p>\n Renamed the file NOT the folder (just in case that was NOT the right one file) and then restarted Symphony. Once open, was able to create a new document and perform other functions.
